How to check in?
It is only possible to check in with self check in codes from 12:00 – 21:00.
The codes are sent to the mobile number provided around 12:00 on the day of arrival.
We will also send codes by email for guests with international mobile numbers.
In emergencies, only the card holder can obtain codes by sending a text/sms message to 07495039281, calling 01904634745 or by sending an email from the email address provided between 12:30 and 20:30.
Just enter the door code into the keypad and turn the knob into the direction of the arrow to open the front door.
The text message will then tell you that the key boxes are located to the left of the mirror under the light picture below (see pictures and video below).
All you will need to do next is just enter your key box code to open the box and collect room key.
What if things go wrong, for example: lost mobile phones, flat batteries or for whatever reason codes are not received around 12:00 etc.?
Codes are sent to the number provided.
It is very important to make sure you have your check in codes before arrival to prevent delays.
There will always be someone available to resend codes, but it is the cardholders responsibility to let us know if codes have not been received before arrival to prevent delays.
Often mobile network providers fail to deliver text messages for some unknown reason when customers move location to another signal tower. SMS messages often fail when phones move between countries or if roaming is not enabled.
In emergencies, only the card holder can obtain codes by sending a text/sms message to 07495039281, calling 01904634745 or by sending an email/message from the registered email address between 12:30 and 20:30.
Please just leave a message if goes to answer phone and the call will be returned.
The card holder will need to have the booking card ready for security.
Self check in codes will only be provided after checking card details with the card holder.
