We require your time of arrival. If you are unable to provide us with a time of arrival, please check in between 18:00 – 19:30 at the latest or just call us on your day of arrival to make arrangements. LATEST CHECK IN is by 19.30 pm. Later check in may be requested by using of our secure self-check in service. Self-check in is subject to availability and there is usually a charge.
Payment is separate from pre-authorisation and there is a charge depending on card type, for paying by card. Please ensure that you have enough funds available for pre-authorisation and payment, as failure to comply with these conditions will break the contract and a break in contract will make you liable to pay the cancellation fee. Please pay in cash on arrival, if you wish to avoid the card service charges. 

Valid card details are required to secure bookings and all cards will be pre-authorised to the value of the booking/with the minimum amount of £50 when the cancellation policy comes into force at 12:00, 7 days before your date of arrival. Cancelling outside or failure to comply with any of the above terms will result in a charge of the full amount of the booking.
